By utilizing Mayday Courier's services, the client agrees to the following terms and conditions. - Service Terms
Mayday Courier commits to providing courier and delivery services as requested by the client. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, traffic incidents, or natural disasters, are not grounds for compensation. - Payment and Fees
All services must be prepaid unless credit arrangements have been established. Additional charges may apply for special handling, wait time, or return trips. - Liabilities
a. Mayday Courier's liability for any loss or damage to shipments is limited, unless additional insurance is purchased.
b. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
c. We are not responsible for loss or damage arising from unauthorized shipments, inadequate packaging, or natural deterioration of the shipment contents. - Claims
